منعي من حضور جنازة

حوالي الساعة الثالثة بعد الظهر و إثر أداء صلاة الجمعة صحبة والدي و بملاحقة من أعوان البوليس السياسي يمتطون سيارة و دراجة نارية توجهنا إلى محطة الحافلات بجانب قصر المعارض الدولي بالكرم و عندما امتطيت الحافلة رقم47 باتجاه مدينة أريانة  لحضور جنازة الأخت صفاء بزيوش رحمها الله ابنة الأخت المناضلة جميلة عياد، عضوة المكتب التنفيذي لمنظمة "حرية و إنصاف" و السيد الفاضل سالم بزيوش، تبعني أحد أعوان البوليس في حين واصلت السيارة متابعة الحافلة و بعد انطلاق الحافلة بقليل فوجئ السائق بالسيارة "4*4" رقم 8142 تونس 107 التابعة لمنطقة الشرطة بقرطاج تقف أمام الحافلة و تشير له بالوقوف و فتح الباب، صعد أحد الأعوان بالزي المدني و طلب مني النزول فرفضت و طلبت منه توجيه استدعاء لي إلى البيت هذا إذا كان هنالك داع لذلك فطلب مني النزول معهم لحظة فرفضت لأنّي متجه لحضور جنازة فقال إنهم مستعدون لنقلي بالسيارة فرفضت لأنّي أريد أن أتنقّل في الحافلة و على نفقتي فتدخل عون ثاني ليلح عليّ في النزول من الحافلة فتوجّهت إلى الركاب لأعلمهم بأن هؤلاء أعوان شرطة و سترون ماذا يقصدون "بلحظة"  نزلت و بقيت أمام الحافلة و طلبت من السائق أن يبقي الباب مفتوحا حتى تتم اللّحظة التي طلبتها الشرطة و لكنهم أمروا السائق بغلق الباب و مواصلة السير, و عندما عبرت لهم عن احتجاجي على هذه الممارسة الخطيرة أجابوني كالعادة بأنهم ينفذون التعليمات فسألتهم من أصدر هذه التعليمات فلم يجيبوا فاكتفوا بالقول" المسؤولون"  فطلبت منهم أن أتحدث إلى من أعطى التعليمات فاتصلوا بالهاتف و أجابوني "قالوا لك ابق في البيت" و في صورة عدم الامتثال هددوني بإرسال تعزيزات أمنية لإرجاعي إلى البيت بالقوة عبرت لهم عن استيائي من تصرف مسؤوليهم الخاطئ الذي يسئ إلى سمعة جهاز الأمن و سمعة البلاد و أني لا أخشى التهديد باستعمال القوة أو العودة إلى السجن فلا يعقل في بلد مسلم أن يمنع مواطن من حضور جنازة و القيام بواجب العزاء خاصة باسم "الأمن" فضلا على أنني لا يمكن أن أقبل بهذا الحصار الجائر المفروض عليّ و الذي تحول بهذه الطريقة إلى إقامة جبرية و ما يعنيه ذلك من اعتداء على حريتي الشخصية و حريتي في التنقل و حقي في الشغل و الاندماج في الحياة الإجتماعية والمشاركة في الحياة العامة في إطار القانون كمواطن متساوي الحقوق مع بقية المواطنين. أكد لي الأعوان أنهم سيبلغون ما قلته إلى "المسؤولين" فأجبتهم بأنه لا فائدة من ذلك لأن المسؤولين لا يسمعون و أن هذا لا يخدم مصلحة بلادنا. ثم عدت إلى المنزل تحت مراقبة البوليس السياسي  و قد فوجئ أفراد العائلة بعودتي في ذلك الوقت دون حضور الجنازة ليستمر الحصار الأمني على البيت و أجد نفسي في إقامة جبرية. فمعذرة للأخت الفاضلة صفاء لأنّي لم أستطع حضور جنازتها و تعزية والديها الصابرين و أهلها الطيبين, رحمها الله رحمة واسعة و رزق أهلها صبرا جميلا و حياة طيبة و جمعنا بها في جنّته و أصلح الله حال بلادنا بما يضمن حقوق الأحياء و الأموات دون إقصاء و لا استثناء.

URGENT
PREVENTING ME FROM ATTENDING A FUNERAL

About three o'clock in the afternoon and after Friday prayers together with my father under the prosecution of agents of the political police by car and a motorcycle, we went to the bus station next to the International Exhibition at the Kram, when I took the bus No. 47 towards Ariana town to attend the funeral of Sister Safa Bezyouch ALLAH rest her soul, daughter of the struggler Mrs Jamila  Ayed, a member of the Executive Office of the Organization of "Freedom and Equity" and Mr. Salem Bezyouch, one of the police agents followed me into  the bus while the car continued to follow the latter and shortly after the bus left, the bus driver was surprised  by the 8142 Tunis 107 “4x4” car of the Carthage police district standing in front of the bus and making a signal to him to stop and open the door, one of the civil police agents stepped up and asked me to descend I refused and asked him to address to me a written convocation at home if there ever might be a reason for that so, he asked me to descend for a moment I refused because I was going to attend a funeral, they said they were ready to move me by their car , I refused and told them  I want to take the bus and pay at my own expense, a second police agent intervened to insist on me to descend the bus  so I  oriented myself to the bus passengers and informed them that these were police agents and that they would see what they mean by "moment" , I descended and remained in front of the bus and asked the driver to keep the door open until the moment asked by the police will finish, but they ordered the driver to close the door and continue along, and when I expressed my protest against  that dangerous practice they as usual answered me back; they execute instructions so I asked them who gave these instructions , they did not answer me back and limited themselves but to say "the responsibles", I asked them to speak to those who gave instructions they made a phone call and replied to me "They told you to stay at home" and they threatened me in case of non-compliance to send security reinforcements to make me return back home by force I expressed to them my discontent from their responsibles’ erroneous behavior that  brings harm to the reputation of the security system and the reputation of the country and that I do not fear the threat of force or return to prison.

 It is inconceivable in a Muslim country to prevent a citizen from attending a funeral and accomplish condolences duty specially under the name of "security" in addition to the fact that  I can not accept this unjust embargo imposed on me and which has turned this way into house arrest which means an attack on my personal freedom and my right of freedom of movement and that of employment and integration in social life and participation in public life under the law as a citizen with equal rights just like all the citizens. The police agents assured me that they would tell “ the responsible” what I said  yet I responded that there was no benefit from it, because the  responsibles  do not  listen and that does not serve the interests of our country. Then, I returned to the house under the control of the political police and my family members were surprised by my return early at that time without attending the funeral so that the police siege on the house continues and I find myself under house arrest.

However, apologies to Sister Safa because I could not attend her funeral and present my condolences to her patient parents and kind family, may ALLAH  rest  her soul with great mercy and grant her family big patience and good life as well and make us join her in Paradise and I also pray that  ALLAH corrects the situation of our country; including alive and dead people without exclusion or exception .
